We come to you to save you the hassle of packing up your computer and taking it to a shop. Our aim to resolve most issues onsite and this is achieved most of the time, however we don’t want to charge you for hours for a technician to watch software install and run test programs. When this is the case it is more time and cost effective for the computer to be taken offsite for a short time.
